Patient Information

We will complete a full mouth series of x-rays and photographs to obtain all of the information we will need to make the best treatment plan for you. The doctor will perform a head and neck examination, an oral cancer screening, and a complete oral examination. We will review all of the findings with you, including all of the x-rays and any pictures that we have taken, along with any possible treatment.

Occasionally we'll also need study models, which can require a brief follow-up appointment.

We're a provider with most major PPO plans, plus Medicare Advantage and several union and trust funds — 30+ insurances in total. We're also a contracted dental provider with the VA.

For uninsured patients: we offer a 10% discount if payment is made when the appointment is scheduled (even when paying by card). Pay in cash and you'll receive a 15% discount when treatment is scheduled.
